Louisiana Northshore Alumnae Club

Pi Phi bonds don’t fade after graduation—they only grow stronger. Whether you’ve moved to a new city or are looking to reconnect with sisters in your area, alumnae clubs offer friendship and support no matter where life takes you.

Our Roots

The Louisiana Northshore Alumnae Club was founded by a small group of alumnae in 1976 and was officially chartered on December 17, 1979. The club quickly centered its efforts on recruitment and community engagement, including establishing the Panhellenic Tea for local high school seniors. Over the years, members hosted a variety of social and philanthropic events while maintaining steady growth in participation. After Hurricane Katrina damaged records and disrupted both the Northshore and nearby Slidell Alumnae Club, each struggled to sustain operations, leading the two clubs to merge and expanding its representation to all of St. Tammany Parish. The unified club went on to thrive, later earning Superior Club status with 45 dues-paying members.
