Colorado Springs, CO Alumnae Club

Pi Phi bonds don’t fade after graduation—they only grow stronger. Whether you’ve moved to a new city or are looking to reconnect with sisters in your area, alumnae clubs offer friendship and support no matter where life takes you.

Our Roots

Founded in the midst of the Great Depression, the Colorado Springs Alumnae Club began in 1933 as a small group gathering for tea, friendship and shared memories of Fraternity life. Encouraged by Grand President Amy Burnham Onken, Illinois Epsilon, the club officially received its charter in 1934. Early activities centered on social gatherings and philanthropic efforts supporting the Settlement School, with the club maintaining its presence even through the challenges of World War II. By the 2000s, the club expanded its programming to include special interest groups and shifted its philanthropic focus to literacy. The club has also played a key role in supporting collegiate members, including assisting in the 2003 chartering of the Colorado Epsilon Chapter.
