Our Roots

A local group of women, Delta Zeta Delta, was formed in 1924 which later became the California Zeta Chapter in 1950 after installation by past Grand President Amy Burnham Onken, Illinois Epsilon. The Initiation Ceremony was held at the El Mirasol Hotel, the installation banquet took place at the Montecito Country Club and the events concluded with a formal tea at the new chapter facility.

Supporting Sisters’ Dreams

Chapter-specific scholarship funds support collegiate chapter members as they pursue their academic dreams and professional goals. By giving to a scholarship fund, donors can directly impact their own chapter sisters and open doors that might not have been possible otherwise.
