Our Roots
A local music group, Mu Phi Epsilon, was formed in 1915 and officially became the Oregon Alpha Chapter later that year after installation by past Grand Vice President Nina Harris Allen, Illinois Beta. The Initiation Ceremony took place at the chapter house, and several members of the Portland, Oregon, Alumnae Club were in attendance. The next day, the installation banquet was held at the Hotel Osburn, and the evening concluded at the chapter house where charter members performed solos, played violin and sang Pi Phi songs.Collegiate Chapter Leadership

Creating Homes that Last

From refreshed living areas to upgraded study rooms, CHIP Funds support both a premier housing experience and the members who call these spaces home.
When you're with her, you’re home
Pi Phi chapter facilities are where friendships take root, leaders find their voice and sisterhood shines across generations. From memories made over shared meals to the built-in support from late-night study sessions and knowing your sisters are there in both the big and small moments, living in a chapter facility creates a sense of home and belonging within every wall.
