Our Roots
Michigan Beta was installed by Michigan Alpha May Copeland (Drybread) in the rooms of two charter members at the Miner house on 42 Liberty Street, and the installation banquet took place at another charter member’s residence. In 1891, Michigan Beta officially rented a home at 720 South State Street to use as a chapter facility.Collegiate Chapter Leadership

Creating Homes that Last
A Chapter House Improvement Program (CHIP) Fund allows chapter alumnae to make tax-deductible contributions in support of their chapter facility to fund qualified educational projects and expenses. From refreshed living areas to upgraded study rooms, CHIP Funds support both a premier housing experience and the members who call these spaces home.
When you're with her, you’re home
Pi Phi chapter facilities are where friendships take root, leaders find their voice and sisterhood shines across generations. From memories made over shared meals to the built-in support from late-night study sessions and knowing your sisters are there in both the big and small moments, living in a chapter facility creates a sense of home and belonging within every wall.
