Support for the Whole Person

Your wellbeing matters. We offer comprehensive health insurance options to support your physical and emotional health, along with Employee Assistance Programs that provide resources for everyday challenges—from financial and legal guidance to parenting support and education.

Supporting wellbeing goes beyond benefits—it also means creating space to rest and recharge. In addition to paid time off, we offer quarterly personal days, a dedicated summer break and time off during the December holidays, so you can spend quality time with loved ones and return refreshed.

Planning for What Comes Next

We believe taking care of our team means investing in their future. Pi Beta Phi offers a comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan with a competitive employer match, giving you the tools to build long-term financial stability and plan for the future with confidence.

Work That Fits Your Life

We recognize that work-life balance looks different for everyone. Depending on your role, you may have access to remote or hybrid work options, along with flexible scheduling to support your day-to-day needs. Remote staff members are welcomed at Headquarters for events and gatherings throughout the year, creating opportunities to connect in person.

Culture Built on Relationship

Connection is at the heart of our culture. From your first day, you’ll be paired with a “Beta Buddy” who helps guide your transition into the workplace, answer questions and support your onboarding experience. As you develop in your role, you’ll build friendships and have opportunities to support and mentor others as well.

Development That Doesn’t Stop

Your growth doesn’t stop when you join our team. We empower staff members to pursue continued learning through courses, workshops and professional development, with additional support available through Pi Beta Phi Foundation Graduate Fellowships for those seeking to further their education.
